Photo contest
This year we are launching a new initiative… a photo contest! The idea is to collect the best photos of your humanoid robots: funny or serious, working or broken, inspired by your research or by your favorite Sci-fi movie…
Collected photos will be displayed on the official Facebook and Twitter page. Everyone registered to these social media can vote the photos to select their favourite by “liking” the photo.
A jury will consider the photos that receive the more likes and select the best ones according to different categories:
- best humanoid photo
- best funny humanoid photo
The winner(s) for each category will be announced in Birmingham at the conference.
To participate to the photo contest, please send your pictures to ieee.ras.humanoids2017@gmail.com with the tag [photo_contest], stating the:
- name, surname, affiliation of the photograph
- name of the humanoid robot
- title of the photo
Deadline for submitting the photos: October 15th, 2017 extended to October 20th!
